CONEG: Amaplast®, Colorplast®, and Uvaplast™ dyes satisfy CONEG regulations regarding the permissible content of heavy metals in packaging. See table below.


HEAVY METAL CONTENT (ppm):


Antimony   < 10

Arsenic  < 2

Cadmium  < 2

Chromium  < 5

Copper  < 10

Iron  < 50

Lead  < 2

Mercury  < 2

Selenium  < 25

Zinc  < 50



HALOGEN CONTENT: The Amaplast®, Colorplast®, and Uvaplast™ dyes do not contain Halogens (Chlorine, Fluorine, Bromine, Iodine) at levels greater than 100 ppm, except for Amaplast® Red G and Colorplast® Orange 63HP.



SOUTH & LATIN AMERICA


Amaplast® and Colorplast® dyes comply with Mercosur Resolution No. 15/10 and Brazil 52/10.



EUROPE


Amaplast®, Colorplast®, and Uvaplast™ dyes meet all of the European purity requirements mentioned below.

SVHC:  To the best of our knowledge, ColorChem's Amaplast®, Colorplast®, and Uvaplast™ products do not contain any Substances of Very High Concern ("SVHC") as currently defined by ECHA (including those in the last update on January 15, 2018) at concentration levels above the declaration threshold level of 0.1% (w/w).
